Glen Peter

Melbourne-based graphic designer and visual artist known for his unobtrusive, simple yet playful approach. His unconventional path into the design world was guided by a deep sense of user empathy and a holistic view of design—shaped more by world travel and lived experience than by any deliberate career plan. What began as a natural extension of his creative curiosity evolved into a self-taught journey that defined his distinctive, singular style.

DIGITAL CHATBOT

@YepA.I & Yephome

About:
YepA.I is in a unique position during a growth period where they have the opportunity to use big data and large language model datasets to create a unique offering in the chatbot space.

My role:
Build a website featuring two of YepAI’s core products.

Problem:
YepAI already had a website in place to showcase some details about their new Digital Humans and Chatbots; however, it wasn’t having the impact they were looking for. The website at the time only displayed minor features and was unclear, making it hard to distinguish between the two products.

Core issues:
  • Product differentiation.
  • Confusing pricing pages.
  • User journey from sign-up.

Solution:
Create an engaging website showcasing the two products and a pricing tier page that outlines the specific features. Focus on how the traditional chatbot can become more human-like.

ROOM SHARING

@Roomo: Join the waitlist

About:
Roomo takes the stress out of finding a roommate.

My role:
As the founder, I oversee all aspects of the start-up, including research, product development, and operations.

Problem:
Most room-sharing platforms offer little to no added value with their monthly subscriptions. Over 30% of listings across Facebook groups and similar platforms are either scams or inactive. On top of that, the lack of modern UI, AI-driven matching, and intuitive user experience makes the entire process frustrating and outdated.

Solution:
A streamlined, all-in-one platform for finding verified, safe listings with no hidden fees and built-in social messaging.

HERD TRACKING

@Mustard Creative

About:
Agriprove is a livestock tracker aimed at farmers to encourage them to offset their carbon emissions on the farm.

My role:
Build a digital platfrom for farmers to track their livestock. Design features such as live tracking, data analytics and geofence boundary editing.

Problem:
Farmers have been fed-up up with out dated software, and research shows that most farmers are unhappy with the current carbon off set platforms.

Pain points:
GPS livestock tracking platforms are out-dated.
Not enough customisability to the movement tracker.
Tracking data on most platforms is not live and can only be viewed in 24hr increments.

Solution:
Create a user friendly platform that can display important information and data insights from the home screen with the added feature of tracking a live herd or mob.

    RETAIL BRANDING

    @Soul Origin

    About:
    Soul Origin is the fifth-largest franchise in Australia, covering all states. They offer a fresh and quick option amidst the fast-food sector.

    My role:
    Brand guardian and visual communicator for the marketing team. Designed the award-winning loyalty program, loyalty app, catering platform and e-commerce websites. Director of photography for all campaign shoots and in-store.

    Problem:
    During early 2020, Soul Origin grew frustrated with outsourcing their branding and digital campaigns to agencies, so they decided to bring it in-house.

    Key contributions:
    • Led the in-house design transition – Became the first in-house designer, establishing brand consistency and streamlining creative workflows.

    • Designed and launched the loyalty program – Created visuals and UX for the digital loyalty platform, driving customer engagement and repeat purchases.

    • Developed the catering portal – Designed a seamless, user-friendly online ordering system that increased catering sales.

    • Revamped brand Identity across all channels – Ensured cohesive brand messaging and visuals across digital, print, and in-store experiences.

    • Optimised digital advertising – Created performance-driven digital assets for paid media campaigns, improving conversion rate.

    B2B SOFTWARE

    @Yephome

    About:
    The developer portal offers a comprehensive and user-friendly interface that allows you to effortlessly manage all your property needs.

    My role:
    Build a SaaS platform for real estate developers.

    Problem:
    Yephome had previously implemented a developer SaaS platform, but it was only in high-fidelity mode and required significant enhancements.

    Core issues:
    • Lack of UI consistency – Visual elements and design patterns were inconsistent.

    • Confusing dashboard – The dashboard layout was cluttered and unintuitive.

    • Clunky & bloated features – Overcomplicated functionality led to a cumbersome experience.

    Solutions:
    • Enhanced UI – Created a more cohesive and visually intuitive interface.

    • Streamlined navigation – Restructured pathways for quicker access to key features.

    • Thorough usability testing – Identified and resolved pain points through extensive testing.

    YEP AGENT APP

    @Yephome

    About:
    YepAgent provides real estate agents on the ground with crucial information such as a live marketplace, upcoming inspections, an expression of interest feature, and a map view.

    My role:
    Concept, test, prototype and build the YepAgent App.

    Problem:
    Yephome already had a backend platform for the YepAgent system, split into two, one for developers and the other for agents. This caused confusion and accessibility issues, especially since the platform was only available on desktop.

    Core issues:
    • Desktop only version.
    • No map view.
    • Dashboard was confusing.
    • Commission feature was clunky.

    Solution:
    • Build a friendly on-the-go app with features tailed to agents.

    • Enhanced UI – Created a more cohesive and visually intuitive interface.

    • Streamlined Navigation – Many real estate agencies still rely on outdated, desktop-only CRMs that limit agent mobility and reduce efficiency.
